A pair of buildings of mid-to-late 19th-century date, located in Crossley Street. They are constructed of stone and are three storeys high, each with two windows. The ground floor contains shops with simple stone pilasters and an entablature. The first-floor windows have cornices, and a crowning cornice is stopped by brackets. The roof is slated and has blocking.
