Description

This is a row of three cottages located on Rochdale Road, in the former Todmorden Municipal Borough. They date from the early 19th century and share a similar architectural style to cottages found on Square Road. The cottages are built using watershot masonry, with a stone slate roof. They are two storeys high and each cottage has three bays. Each bay features a chamfered mullioned window with three lights on both the ground and first floors, along with a doorway incorporating a sill tie. Quoins are present on the left-hand end of the row. There are moulded gutter brackets and two stacks on the ridge. The windows of number 748 are missing one mullion.
