Description
Fair View consists of three cottages built in the mid-18th century. They are constructed from thin coursed hammer dressed stone and rise to two storeys. The cottages feature quoins, with Nos 1 and 2 facing north. There are two doorways supported by monolithic jambs, along with two bays of single light windows and two-light flat faced mullioned windows. The gable is coped and includes kneelers, and there are three stacks along the ridge. No 3 is in a parallel range at the rear and has similar architectural details, including two-light windows.
