Description
A row of cottages dating from the late 18th century, situated off Cragg Road in Cragg Vale. The cottages are constructed of hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof. The west front features doorways with simple, monolithic jambs. The most notable feature is the east front, which has flat-faced mullioned windows. The ground floor windows are of 6, 3, and 3 lights, while the first floor has a 2-light and a 3-light window. Two stacks are visible along the ridge of the roof.
