Description
A row of cottages dating from the late 18th century, located on Brighouse Wood Row. The cottages are constructed from hammer-dressed stone with a stone slate roof. The two-storey, five-bay front features doorways with monolithic jambs and three-light, flat-faced mullioned windows with overlapping lintels and sills above. Some cottages have had small windows inserted above the doorways. Number 17 has a large garage door inserted, which has removed the original doorway and window. Gutter brackets and a single stack are visible on the ridge.
