Description
Ganny Lock and footbridge on the Calder and Hebble Navigation, located in Brighouse, dates from the mid-18th century. The structure features lock and retaining walls made of hammer-dressed stone, topped with large dressed stone cappings. There are rebates for gates to the lock and a raised stone gantry for the bridge at the southern end.
