Description
This building is an outbuilding, originally a workshop and now used as a stable, located 15 metres south-west of Far Gill Grange Farmhouse. It dates from the early 18th century and is constructed of rubble brought to course with dressed quoins and a stone slate roof. The building is single-storey and features a central doorway with composite jambs and a chamfered surround. There is another doorway to the right, which is likely a later addition and has a similar design. The gables are coped with kneelers, and the return walls have small windows. The right return wall also includes a doorway leading into the stable.
