Description

Number 11 on Burnett Street is a Grade II listed building, dating from around 1865. This two-storey warehouse and office is constructed from sandstone "brick" and features a basement due to the slope of Burnett Street. The building has sill bands, a shallow eaves cornice, and a stone slate roof. It has a long row of plain windows with shallow lintels. There is a pilastered doorway and a warehouse portal on the side. This building is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
