Description

This is an early 19th century row of six cottages, numbered 270 to 276, located on Cemetery Road in Lidget Green. The cottages are built of sandstone, which gives the appearance of brickwork, and have a sill band running across the first floor. They are roofed with stone slates and feature bracketed eaves. Each cottage has two square mullioned windows on each floor. Number 274 has a leaded bay window on the ground floor. The doorways have squared jambs.
