Description

No. 1 Legrams Lane is a lodge built around 1830-1850, showcasing simple yet attractive detailing and finely dressed sandstone that resembles brick. The building is a single storey with a hipped slate roof and deep flat eaves, featuring a corniced chimney. It has two revealed glazing bar sash windows on either side of the doorway, which consists of a four-panel door topped with a rectangular fanlight that has marginal glazing. Additionally, there are similar glazing bar sash windows located in the center of each side of the lodge.
