Description
This is a row of six cottages, numbered 120 to 128, located on Old Road in School Green, dating from around 1820 to 1830. The cottages were built of sandstone, and appear as brickwork. They feature a prominent sill band and block brackets supporting the eaves. The roofs are covered in stone slate, with corniced chimneys. The windows are mullioned, with two or three lights, and a single light above the doorways, all set within squared surrounds. Doorways have squared jambs. The cottages are listed for their contribution to the visual grouping of buildings in the area.
