Description
This is a row of six cottages, numbered 194 to 200 Haycliffe Lane, dating from approximately the 1830s and 1840s. They were constructed using sandstone that appears like brick. The roofs are covered in stone slate, with block bracketed eaves. The windows are square-mullioned, with single and two-light squared frames; some have been altered. The doorways have squared jambs. The cottages are included on the heritage list due to their group value.
