  1. Circa 1800 probably built as 2 pairs of back to back cottages with slightly later single bay extension. Now one property. Two-storeys, irregular large stone "bricks". Stone slate roof with saddlestones, large shaped kneeler to west gable end. Large, central, common chimney stack. Three light square mullion windows and later small single lights, all in squared surrounds. Small pane iron casement to gable end. Rear elevation has a 7 light square mullion window.
