Description

62 Little Horton Lane is a two-storey villa built around 1850-1860, constructed from sandstone brick with ashlar dressings. The building features quoin pilasters, a plat band, a cornice, and a blocking course. Its three-bay front has two canted bays on either side of an architrave-framed first-floor window and a porch adorned with ornate Composite capitals. The south return of the villa includes a cast iron trellis porch. This property is noted for its group value due to its prominent location on an important corner site.
