Description
This is an early to mid-18th century former farmhouse, located in Manningham, which was subdivided into cottages around 1800-1820. The building is two storeys high and constructed of coursed gritstone with large quoins. It has a stone slate roof with saddlestones and prominent kneelers. The windows are square mullioned, with two, three and four lights, set in squared surrounds. A first-floor doorway has been blocked on the left-hand side. The doorways to numbers 13 and 15 are paired and have squared jambs.
