Farmhouse, being a former crosswing to a late medieval timber-framed hall block now demolished. Lintel dated 1711 (P.F. Ryder). Deeply coursed, squared gritstone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, 2 windows to first floor. Gable entry with door to left within C20 stone porch. C20 openings to ground and first floor with dripmoulds. Blocked double- chamfered opening to attic, dripmould over. Moulded kneelers, cavetto- moulded gable copings. Opposite gable : altered or blocked double- chamfered windows. Dripmould, ledge and blocked pigeon holes above attic window. Right return : 2 double-chamfered mullion windows to each floor, dripmoulds. Large central, shouldered ashlar ridge stack with moulded string and cornice.
