Circular Wall To Garden Containing Pool With Statue Approximately 30 Metres To North West Of North Pavilion Of Wentworth Woodhouse (East Front)

This is a circular wall surrounding a garden pool with a statue, located approximately 30 meters north-west of the north pavilion of Wentworth Woodhouse's east front. The wall, built in the 19th century for the Wentworth estate, is made of coursed sandstone lined with brick and features iron railings. The enclosure is circular and includes a gate in the railed section on the south-west side. The railings are simply designed, set into damaged copings of the plinth wall, and attached to corniced ashlar end piers, with an additional pier on the north side where the wall height changes. The stone copings complete the structure.

Inside the enclosure, there are concentric paths leading to a central pool, which features a small statue of a kneeling female figure. A rustic wooden summerhouse is positioned against the railings.
