Description
This outbuilding, located approximately 10 metres to the east of Old Hall Farmhouse, dates back to the 17th century and has been converted into garages. It is constructed from rubble magnesian limestone and features a renewed pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, each with a garage door topped by a wooden lintel. Above each door is a 2-light double-chamfered window with casements that have glazing bars. There are external stone steps leading to a door on the right side of the building. On the left side, there is a blocked 2-light double-chamfered window on the ground floor, and a similar window in the gable with a dripstone above it. Inside, the building has two principal-rafter trusses, one of which has a tie beam that has been cut away.
