Description
This barn, dating from the 17th century, is located approximately 5 metres south-east of Green Farmhouse in Ingbirchworth Village. It is constructed from thinly-coursed dry rubble and features a stone slate roof. The barn has five internal bays, with an outshut at the rear and a small outshut at the front. Notable architectural details include quoins, a central square-headed cart entry, an outshut to the right, and a small chamfered doorway to the far right. At the rear, there is an opposed cart entry in the left bay of the three-bay outshut. Inside, the barn has two posts with reverse-curved braces and aisle-ties, as well as four king-post trusses with struts.
