Description

No. 103 Front Street is a house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations from the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of brick and features a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. The facade includes two brick bands and a brick dentil course at the eaves. The windows are sashed. Above the central doorway, there is a shallow blind recess with a segmental head at the first floor level. The doorcase features fluted pilasters and a fluted cornice, while the door itself has seven raised and fielded panels. There are gable chimneys. The interior has not been inspected, but records indicate that there is an original fireplace and a chamfered beam, along with original doors on the first floor.
