Description

Two houses, built around 1800 and now combined into a single residence, with 20th-century restoration work. The houses are constructed of brick in a Flemish bond pattern. The left-hand portion has a pantiled roof, while the right-hand portion is roofed with artificial slates. The exterior features two storeys. The left-hand part has a two-storey brick canted bay window with sash windows featuring restored glazing bars and flat roofs. To the right of the bay window, a six-panel door is complemented by a restored elliptical fanlight, and an open timber gabled porch with bargeboards and a finial. The right-hand portion of the building is lower and incorporates two similar two-storey canted bay windows. Chimneys are located to the left of the left-hand section and near the centre of the right-hand section, both in front of and behind the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
