Farmhouse. Late C18 - early C19. Red brick with coursed limestone rubble rear walls. Concrete pantile roof. L-shaped on plan: central entrance-hall front, 2 rooms deep, with rear kitchen extension. 2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical. Doric door surround with fluted half columns supporting open pediment with moulded cornice. 6-fielded-and-beaded panel door under radial fanlight in panelled reveal. 16-pane sashes with channelled and keyed stucco lintels and projecting cills. Stepped and dentilled brick eaves cornice. Double span hipped roof with end stacks. Interior: open well staircase with ramped and wreathed handrail and slender column-on vase balusters with square knops; gate at foot of stairs with Chinese Chippendale fret; moulded ceiling cornices in ground floor front rooms, entrance and stair halls and study to rear; fielded-and-beaded panel doors and architraves throughout.
