Description

Number 12 Priestgate is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. It features a diagonal-set brick eaves cornice and has two windows without glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is one window and an early 19th-century shop front consisting of two rectangular bays, a central half-glazed door, and a continuous entablature with a reeded surround and brackets. The shop front has been slightly modernised. This building is part of a group that includes No 4 and Nos 8 to 26 (even).
