Nos 14, 18, and 20 on Priestgate are likely from the late 18th century. The building is two storeys tall, constructed of brick with a pantile roof featuring tumbled brickwork at the gable end. There are four windows on the upper floor; three of these are modern three-light designs, while one is a hung sash with glazing bars. The ground floor has three windows with glazing bars and one modern window, along with two plain doors. This building is part of a group that includes No 4 and Nos 6 to 26 (even).
