Description
The Coach and Horses Public House dates to the 18th century. It is a two-storey building, now rendered, with a pantile roof. The building has a plinth and brackets supporting a wood eaves cornice. It features rusticated quoins. Historically, there were three windows, now replaced on the ground floor with two modern rectangular windows set within rusticated surrounds featuring keystones. The window rustication and that to the door are not original. The windows retain hung sashes with glazing bars, set within wooden frames. The building forms a group with Nos. 84 to 96 (even) on High Street.
