Description
The 'King's Head' Public House dates from the 18th century. It is a two-storey, four-bay building, with the two bays on the right set back from the main facade. The building is constructed of colour-washed brick and has an old tile roof. The ground floor features a recessed sash window on the left, and at the angle of the facade, a window and a door, both with simple pilasters, all beneath a single entablature. To the right is a simple door with flanking half-windows. The first-floor windows are all recessed sashes with segmental heads. A dentil eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. The 'King's Head' Public House forms a group with numbers 19, 21, 23, 25, 25A, 27 and 29.
