Description

No. 84 High Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall, constructed from brick and topped with a pantile roof. The gable end features tumbled brickwork. The rear wing has a diagonal-set brick eaves cornice, while the right-hand side has a lower roof with a similar cornice. The façade includes three windows, one of which is blocked; two of the windows are sliding sashes with glazing bars, and one window has modern glazing. The ground floor has small shop windows, also with modern glazing. The left corner of the building is chamfered. Nos. 84 to 96 (even) form a group.
