House, now offices. c1797, with late C19 and C20 alterations. Brick, with painted brick and rendered basement, painted ashlar dressings and slate roof with a gable stack. Ground floor and first-floor sill bands, slab-coped parapet. Windows have brick flat arches. 3 storeys plus basement and attics; 3-window range of 15-pane sashes and above, three 9-pane sashes. Above again, a box dormer with a C20 casement. Ground floor has to right a wooden doorcase with Doric 3/4 columns and dentillated cornice and pediment. Round arched doorway with steps to C20 half-glazed door with glazing bars. To left, two 12-pane sashes. Below, to left, a C20 two-light casement and to right, a double board door with 2 barred openings. INTERIOR has a late C18 Classical wooden fireplace.
