House, now offices. c1797. Brick with painted ashlar dressings and slate roof with renewed gable stack. Plinth, ground floor and first-floor sill bands, slab-coped parapet. Windows have brick flat arches. 3 storeys plus basement and attics; 3-window range of 15-pane sashes, and above, three 9-pane sashes. Above again, 2 shallow gabled dormers with 2-light casements. Ground floor has to left a wooden doorcase with Doric 3/4 columns and dentillated cornice and pediment. Round arched doorway with steps to fielded 6-panel door with fanlight. To its right, two 12-pane sashes. Below, 2 plain sashes to basement.
