Description
This is an early 19th-century building on the south side of High Street. It comprises five properties: numbers 19A, 19, 21, 23, and 23A. The building is constructed of brick and painted brick, topped with a pantile roof. Numbers 19A and 19 feature a single canted bay and a window with painted voussoirs, both containing hung sashes with glazing bars to the first floor. Number 21 has a mid-19th century bay window to the first floor. The ground floors have been rebuilt with three new pedimented doorways and two windows, each of three lights and featuring grooved pilasters. The building is listed as part of a group, together with numbers 15 to 19 (odd), 19A, 21, 23, and 23A.
