Description

This is an early 19th-century building on the north side of Holt High Street, comprising two properties, number 6 and number 8. It is constructed of colourwashed brick with a black-glazed pantile roof. The three-storey facade has two bays at number 6 and three bays at number 8. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within rubbed brick arches. First and second-floor windows have been blocked in bays 2 and 5. A doorway with a semi-circular arch and fanlight is located on the right-hand side, at number 8. The building has modern shopfronts, with bracketted eaves and a coped parapetted gable featuring gable chimney stacks. The western gable is constructed of brick and flint.
