Description
No. 12 Church Lane is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and cobbles, with stone sills and a pantiled roof. The house has two storeys and attics, featuring three bays. The entrance includes a 20th-century door and surround. The left bay has a 20th-century window on the ground floor, with a sliding sash window above it. The other bays have four-pane sash windows. There is a stepped brick eaves cornice, with axial and end stacks, and tumbled-in brickwork at the gables. This building is included partly for its group value with other nearby structures.
