Description
Bemptom Mill is an early 19th-century tower mill constructed of brick with flagstone dressings. It features a conical tower that rises four storeys high. The east and west sides have three square window openings with stone sills and segmental rere-arches, with doors located below these windows. There are two window openings on both the north and south sides. At the top, the mill has a stepped brick parapet. The interior has been stripped of its machinery and equipment. The name is incorrectly listed as Buckton Mill on the Ordnance Survey map.
