Description
Saxilby Moor Mill is a tower mill built around 1810. It is constructed of red brick and features a 20th-century felted roof. The mill has a four-storey tapering tower with a dogtooth eaves course. The central entrance consists of double planked doors, with three timber windows above, one on each floor. The first-floor window is a three-light fixed light, while the upper windows are two-light sliding sashes, and all openings have segmental heads. Inside, the mill retains wooden floors and much of its original machinery, including grinding stones, cog wheels, a spindle, and hoppers.
