Description

This is probably a former lodge building, associated with number 27 South Back Lane. The building dates to the early 19th century and is constructed of yellow brick, with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. It is a single-story building with one window, featuring brick voussoirs and later-added glazing bars. The window is to the right of a panelled door, which is topped by a rectangular fanlight. It is included on the list as part of a group with number 27.
