Description
No. 95 Ferriby Road is a mid-19th century lodge that has been converted into a house. It is constructed of white brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has a square plan and includes a 20th-century extension at the rear, which is a single storey with attics. The front elevation is symmetrical, showcasing a central three-panel door set within a projecting pilastered porch. On either side of the door are unequal sash windows with margin-pane glazing, framed by architraves. The eaves are deep and overhang on paired timber brackets. Additionally, there are two-light casements located in pedimented roof dormers, and the roof itself is pyramidal with a central chimney stack.
