4 houses. 1898. By Douglas and Minshull. Brick with plaster 1st floor and tile roofs. 2 storeys, 4 bays; 1st bay recessed by one bay, with half-hipped gable; 1st floors jettied. Windows have 4-light leaded casements, those to ground floor have gauged-brick cambered arches, but 1st bay has 6-light canted bay window with 2 lights to return, 1st floor has canted oriels to 2nd, 3rd and 4th bays. Entrances have stone lintels and 3-panel doors with leaded lights. Cross-axial stack, projecting lateral stack with diapering and gable to return of 1st bay, projecting gable-end stack with diagonal flues on weathered bases to return of 2nd bay. Decorative rainwater heads. Rear similar.
