Includes No. 69 Corniche Road. 6 houses. 1898. By William Owen. Pebbledash with brick base and dressings, tile roofs. 2 storeys, 6 bays, the 1st 3 bays each recesed by one bay with gables to fronts and returns; end 3 bays have hipped roof. Brick base to sill level and drip mould over ground floor, brick-coped gables with diapering; brick quoins. Windows have brick surrounds and ovolo-chamfered brick mullions; leaded glazing. Those to ground floor of 3 lights, 2-light to returns. 1st floor has cornices to mullioned windows, of 4 lights to 2nd bay, 5 light window to 3rd bay. 1st and 4th to 6th bays have 4-light timber canted oriels, those to 4th to 6th bays with cornices projecting above eaves. Entrances have tented lead canopies on scrolly brackets. Cross-axial stack, return lateral stack with diagonal flues to 4th bay, 2nd and 3rd bay gable-end stacks to returns, 1st bay rear stack. Rear similar, tiled gables, privies.
