4/4 Hollin Hey House -

G.V. II

House. Early C19. Brick with slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor has canted bay windows with hipped roofs. 1st floor windows have wedge lintels. All windows are sashed, with glazing bars to 1st floor windows. Central entrance is round headed with doorcase with flat pilasters and open pediment; complete fanlight and 6-panel door. 2 stacks to each gable end. Returns have pointed attic windows which are sashed, with intersecting upper glazing bars. Rear has full height stair window above small wing. Interior has some original fireplaces and dog-leg stair.
