Description

Elmtree Farmhouse is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Etton Road in Cherry Burton. It is constructed of brown brick and features a slate roof. The building stands two storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance consists of a panelled and glazed door set within a pilastered doorcase. On either side of the door, there are 4-pane sash windows with sills, which are topped by cambered wedge lintels. The first floor has similar 4-pane sash windows on both sides, with an additional sash window featuring glazing bars positioned above the door. The roof is hipped, and there are stacks at both ends of the building.
