Description

NETHERTON CHAPEL LANE SD 30 SE (south side) 7/123 Brook Farmhouse 16.10.78 II G.V. Farmhouse. Date stone inscribed: "EDC/1691". Brick with some stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Ovolo moulded brick band over ground floor, which has windows with gauged brick flat arches and casements. Entrance between 2nd and 3rd bays has segmental head and date stone above. Cross-axial stack and right gable-end stack. Rear has gabled porch, now plastered.
