ALTCAR LIVERPOOL ROAD SD 30 NW (west side) 3/10 Barn to north west of Lovelady's Farmhouse G.V. II Barn. C18. Brick with stone slate roof. Diamond pattern ventilation holes, those to left are blocked. Entrance with cheeks and barn doors, rear entrance blocked. Interior has 5 bays with collar and strut trusses on internal buttresses. The barn forms a good group with farmhouse and stables (q.v.).
