Description

White Cottage is a house dating to the 17th century, with alterations made since. The exterior is roughcast with a thatched roof. It is one storey high, consisting of two bays, with the left bay slightly taller and containing an attic. The windows are 3-light horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars. The entrance is located in the second bay. A timber gutter runs along the roof. The returns also feature horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars; the left return includes two attic windows, and a corbelled gabled stack. A stack is positioned behind the ridge in the second bay. There is also a rear wing.
