Description
No. 12 Sefton Park Road is a house built in the 1860s, constructed from stone. It has two storeys and three bays, featuring a central canted projecting bay. On the ground floor, the left window is a tripartite design with sashes and a label mould, while the right window is a three-light mullioned and transomed window, also with a label mould. The first floor includes two cross windows on the left and a three-light casement window with a label on the right. The central bay has a pointed arched entrance with traceried spandrels, and above it is a frieze with cusped lights. There is a four-centred window with two lights, a hood mould, and a sill band adorned with a Lombard frieze. The building is topped with an embattled parapet that is flanked by gables.
