House. c.1830. Stone with slate roof. 2 storeys with basement, 4 bays. Ground floor has channelled rustication, flat band above has egg and dart ornament to lower edge. The 2 central bays of the 1st floor have pilastrade with paired pilasters between bays. Top cornice with blocking course. The 2 central bays having 8 raised panels flanked by scrolls. 1st floor windows to outer bays have architraves, friezes and cornices; all windows are sashed with glazing bars. 3rd bay entrance has battered, eared architrave, complete overlight and 4-panel door. Iron railings to area and steps have spear heads.
