Description
16 and 18 Sefton Park Road are two houses built in the 1860s. They are constructed from stucco and feature a hipped slate roof. Each house has two storeys with attics and six bays. The second to fourth and ninth to eleventh bays project forward under gables. There is a central one-storey canted projection with a hipped roof. The first floor has a sill band and cornice, and the windows have architraves and are sashed, while the gables contain round-headed windows.
No. 16 includes an enclosed porch, a projecting ground floor bay with a blind round-headed window, and a three-bay ground floor bow. The first two bays of No. 16 project with a flat roof and cornice. The garden wall for the house features four entrances, and the main entrance to No. 18 has iron grilles in panels.
