Description
120 and 122 Bedford Street South are a pair of houses built in the 1830s. They are constructed of stucco and topped with a slate roof, featuring a basement and three bays for each house. There is a lintel band at the basement level, a sill band at the first and second floors, and a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The windows on the ground and first floors have architraves, with the ground floor windows being eared and having apron panels. Each house has a central first-floor window with consoled pediments. The entrances feature Ionic porches with architraves, and there is an iron balcony at the first floor. The ground floor windows are boarded as of 1984. No. 120 has sash windows with glazing bars and one blind window on the second floor. No. 122 has sash windows without glazing bars and one casement window on the first floor.
