Description

54 Falkner Street is a house built in the 1820s. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall with a basement and features three bays. The basement is roughcast, and there is a sill band at the first floor, along with a top cornice and blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed, with glazing bars on the first and second floors. The entrance is elliptical-headed and features a Doric doorcase with fluted columns and a two-panel door. There are iron railings around the area and decorative heads on the steps.
