Description

No. 15 Deane Road is a house built in the 1840s. It features a stucco exterior and a slate roof, standing two storeys high with two bays. The first bay is recessed, while the second bay has a projecting centre. The building is topped with a cornice and a coped parapet. On the ground floor, there is a canted oriel window set in chamfered reveals. The windows are mullioned and transomed casements with four-centred arched lights. The entrance is prominent, with buttresses on either side, and features a segmental-headed doorway with paired half-glazed doors, along with a later red brick glazed porch.
