This building on Renshaw Street, which includes numbers 4 and 6 Benson Street, is a group of shops dating from the 1820s. It is constructed of stucco and extends to three storeys and an attic, with 10 bays. The building has a prominent cornice above the ground floor, a sill course to the first floor, and a top cornice.
